Is it worth a closer look?

Compare the recurring bill and refund cutoff alongside the starting price.

Reasons to consider it

  • Same price at each dose advertised
  • Free shipping and portal support

Worth a closer look

  • Starting price is not a confirmed renewal quote
  • Initial intake is an important refund cutoff

Two main GLP-1 options

Lttl’s primary weight-loss menu lists compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. The homepage advertises starting prices of $89 and $139 per month respectively, alongside promotional messaging. It says the medication price does not increase with dose, but your own offer still needs a clear initial and renewal amount.

Ask whether the promotion requires a particular plan length and how much is collected today. A dose-independent price can simplify budgeting, but it does not tell you the billing interval, total commitment or what happens after a discount ends. Those questions need separate answers before a meaningful comparison is possible.

A compact service package

The public offer includes shipping and support through a patient portal. Lttl’s terms name several pharmacy partners, while the actual prescription still depends on a clinician’s evaluation. A list of partners is not confirmation of which pharmacy will handle your order or which formulation you will receive.

Ask for the dispensing pharmacy, the instructions and how clinical questions are routed. If you already receive care elsewhere, use our switching guide to organize records and timing. Do not assume that a new online assessment automatically transfers your current prescription or treatment schedule.

Cancellation does not undo a processed order

Lttl’s terms distinguish cancelling future subscription charges from refunding an existing charge. They describe the prescription order as processed and nonrefundable after the initial medical intake is submitted, with specified exceptions including initial medical disqualification and billing errors. Refund requests have a written-request deadline.

That makes the intake step financially important, even before a package arrives. Review the applicable policy before submitting it, and ask what cancellation cutoff appears in your account. Save confirmation if you cancel. The phrase “no contracts” should not be interpreted as a promise that already processed payments will be returned.

Keep microdosing claims separate from the standard offer

Lttl also markets lower-dose programs under a microdose label. That label should not be treated as proof that a protocol avoids side effects or provides a particular health benefit. Ask the prescriber what they propose, why they propose it and what evidence supports the intended use for your situation.

All compounded GLP-1 preparations differ in regulatory status from FDA-approved branded medicines. Our product distinction guide explains what to clarify. A testimonial or percentage quoted from a branded trial cannot establish the response you would have to a different formulation or schedule.

Where Lttl fits in a comparison

The service is worth examining for readers who want a published entry price and a stated policy against dose-related price increases. We would make the checkout quote and refund boundary decisive parts of that assessment, because those determine the financial flexibility you actually have after joining.

This review evaluates public program details rather than personal treatment experience. We have not tested portal response times or pharmacy delivery. Before paying, confirm the recurring amount, the treatment available in your state and the route to a clinician when you need help. Those practical details are more useful than assuming the lowest advertised rate describes every patient’s bill.

What to ask before committing

Use the cost worksheet to compare the full amount due today, renewal terms, and any required consultation, laboratory, medication, supply or shipping fees. Check availability where you live and how you can reach support after signing up.

For prescription care, ask who will evaluate you and which pharmacy would dispense your medication. A provider comparison cannot determine whether a treatment is appropriate for you.
