Terms of Use

Using this website

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. The website is intended for adults who are at least 18 or the age of majority where they live. If you act on behalf of an organization, you must have authority to do so.

Our Privacy Policy describes information practices, and our Affiliate Disclosure explains commercial relationships. They should be read alongside these terms.

An informational publication

We provide general consumer information and editorial analysis. We are not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, insurer, laboratory or medical referral service. Reading a page, using a tool or contacting us does not create a clinician–patient relationship or an agreement to arrange care.

Content is not personal medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Do not use it to diagnose a condition, decide whether you qualify for treatment, or start, stop or change medication. Discuss treatment questions with a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. Do not delay care because of something published here. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Reviews, research and changing information

Reviews reflect editorial assessments of published information, not patient testimonials or a guarantee of clinical quality. A byline or revision date does not mean that every underlying detail remains current. Provider descriptions, prices, offers, availability and research findings can change, and errors or omissions are possible.

Verify material details directly with the relevant service before acting, including total charges, recurring commitments, licensing, dispensing arrangements, eligibility and cancellation terms. A featured provider or favorable assessment is not a promise of suitability, approval, benefit or results. Our coverage may not include every available option.

Tools and estimates

Calculators, filters and checklists are educational aids. Results depend on your inputs and the assumptions described beside the tool. They are not binding quotes, eligibility checks, treatment recommendations or guarantees of savings. An unentered or unknown cost is not necessarily zero.

You are responsible for checking inputs and confirming results against a written quote or professional advice where appropriate. We may change, correct or discontinue a tool. Save any output you need for your own reference; the website does not promise ongoing storage or access.

Third-party services and commercial links

Links may lead to independent providers, affiliate networks or other websites. We may receive compensation for qualifying referrals, and sponsored alternatives may be offered as described in the Affiliate Disclosure. You choose whether to follow a link or consider an offer.

We do not control third-party content, care, fulfillment, security, billing, refunds or privacy practices. Any purchase, enrollment or clinical relationship is between you and that third party under its own terms. Contact the service involved about prescriptions, accounts, complaints, cancellations or refunds.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may read the website, link to its public pages and print or save material for personal, noncommercial use. Rights in original text, design, graphics and tools are reserved by the publication and applicable rights holders. Brand names and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Do not republish, sell or commercially exploit substantial portions of the website without permission, or remove attribution and rights notices. Nothing in these terms limits uses permitted by applicable law, including lawful quotation or fair use. Permission and rights questions can be sent to policies@glp1roundup.com.

Acceptable conduct and messages

Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, circumvent security controls, disrupt availability, harvest personal contact details, impersonate someone or use this site for unlawful or abusive purposes. Automated access must not bypass restrictions or impose an unreasonable burden on the website.

When contacting us, provide information you have a right to share and avoid confidential medical or payment details. We may use feedback to investigate issues and improve the publication, but sending a suggestion does not oblige us to publish it, pay for it or enter a confidential relationship. Report suspected rights violations with enough detail to identify the material and your concern.

Availability, warranties and responsibility

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors. We may update, suspend or withdraw content or features.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publication and those who supply its content or services are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for compliance with applicable law.

Changes, access and interpretation

We may revise these terms by publishing an updated version and effective date, with further notice where required. Changes apply prospectively, subject to applicable law. Continued use after an update takes effect indicates acceptance of the updated terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal requirements.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers and responsibilities continue where their purpose requires it after use ends. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law makes non-waivable.
