Michael Hayes’s take
The decision behind the offer.
I would judge Polly on today’s written offer, not a remembered Piper price. The care pathway is understandable; the current full bill still needs to be made explicit.

Piper and Polly should not be counted twice
The former Piper homepage now redirects to Join Polly. That matters when reading older reviews: the name on a comparison chart may be different from the service reached by the link. I would use the current Polly terms for a new enrollment and keep an existing Piper agreement separately.
A new brand name alone is neither a reason to recommend the service nor a reason to reject it. The practical questions are whether your care team, price, login and renewal terms have changed.
Three organizations may be involved in one order
Polly describes a platform connecting patients with independent licensed clinicians and partner pharmacies. The intake, prescribing decision and dispensing are distinct responsibilities even when the experience appears within one site.
The homepage names Hallandale and VialsRx as pharmacy examples. That does not tell every reader which pharmacy will fill their prescription. I would want that answer on the individual order, along with a clear route for clinical questions and shipping problems.

No membership fee does not mean no recurring bill
Polly advertises no separate membership fee, dose-independent pricing and free delivery. Its current homepage did not establish a complete numeric plan price in our review. I would not carry forward the old Piper prices from a directory simply because the names are connected.
The terms describe subscriptions and refer cancellation and refunds to a separate policy. Before enrolling, collect the charge, supplied quantity, renewal date and point at which a prescription order cannot be reversed. Compare those details with Trimi’s published billing choices.
Who should look more closely
Polly is relevant to someone comparing self-pay compounded injections, not someone looking for an insurance claim to cover a branded prescription. Its homepage says it does not bill insurance. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved.
For insurance-oriented branded access, start with Ro or your existing clinician. For Polly, my next step would be a written quote, not a conclusion about affordability from a historical price.
A different fit might be better.
Compare the reason for choosing each service, not just the name on the offer.
