Separate care from medication
Some GLP-1 programs charge a membership fee and bill medication separately. Others advertise bundled plans. A low care fee should not be compared with another provider’s medication-inclusive price as if they cover the same things.
Ro and WeightWatchers Clinic describe care programs whose fees do not include the medication cost. Other providers use different models. Read the inclusion details before choosing the cheapest-looking headline.
Compare the ongoing commitment
Write down the initial payment, recurring charge, billing interval and minimum term. An annual plan paid monthly can still carry an annual obligation. Four-week billing also creates a different schedule from calendar-month billing.
Medication prices can depend on the actual prescription, dose, insurance and product. A first-year estimate is only useful when those assumptions are stated. Where required costs are unknown, keep the estimate incomplete.
Give support a place in the comparison
Ask how to reach a clinician, how refills work and whether nutrition or other support is included. These services are not interchangeable across providers, and a list of features does not establish how responsive they are in practice.
The better comparison is the service you are committing to at the price you are likely to keep paying. A temporary discount can be welcome without being the reason to choose.
